Previously a COO in a multinational SME he brings a strategic, big-picture approach to turning vision into scalable execution, a focus on building high-performing teams and strong operating rhythms.
Astrid Obradovic
Astrid is a senior operational leader with broad experience across customer relationships, operating systems & architecture, global mobility, compliance and change management. Her coaching background gives her a clear, pragmatic style when supporting growing teams and organisations through change and restructuring.
